General Cargo Loves Me Card scheme conditions
• The Cargo Loves Me scheme (the “Scheme”) and Cargo Loves Me associated clubs and benefits are operated by Homestyle Operations Limited trading as Cargo (“Cargo”).
• Cargo can cancel, withdraw or alter the Scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, or any individual Cargo Loves Me account, at any time.
• All Cargo Loves Me Cards including temporary cards belong to Cargo .
• Cargo can take any action it considers appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme or offers.
• Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Cargo Loves Me Card account are subject to store network availability.
• Cargo will remove Card Points from Cargo Loves Me Cards twelve months after they have been awarded.

Data protection
• We will only share your details with companies within the same group of companies as Homestyle Operations Limited and with businesses that process Cargo Loves Me Card information on our behalf, for example to print our mailings. We will not disclose your data to any third parties unless we are required or permitted to do so by law (for example, law enforcement agencies). We will analyze your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalized offers, information and advice.

Collecting Cargo Loves Me points
• The standard number of points you will collect is 1 Card points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
• If you forget your Cargo Loves Me Card, please ask the cashier to issue you an additional Cargo Loves Me Card. You will need to register your additional card against your account to be able to collect your points.
• After shopping online on or in our high street stores, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Cargo Loves Me Card account.
• Points are not available on gift vouchers and delivery charges.
• During points events, both in store and online, existing points balances will not be multiplied.
• Online, points promotions may not be available or may vary in store. Check individual promotion for details.
• Cargo reserves the right to withdraw point’s promotions/offers without notice.

Spending Cargo Loves Me points
• We will not exchange Cargo Loves Me Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
• Points can only be spent online at

Returning goods
• If you return a product for refund, we will deduct the number of points added to your Cargo Loves Me Card account for that product.
